Who we are looking for
🎯We are seeking a skilled Manager - SAP FI/CO to join our team in Prague. In this role, you will design, configure, and deliver SAP Finance solutions for leading clients, while contributing to proposals and shaping next-generation digital finance transformations.



💼 Who are you:
  • 5+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Proven experience contributing to proposals and client presentations, including scope definition and estimating.
  • Strong configuration expertise in SAP FI/CO modules.
  • Solid understanding of core finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P), intercompany transactions, FX, taxation, and statutory/localization requirements (EU/CZ preferred).
  • Strong skills in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and risk/defect communication.
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English are a must
Your future role
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, including solution design, scope definition, and key assumptions.
  • Develop credible effort and cost estimates for Finance workstreams (Fit-to-Standard, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, hypercare).
  • Draft and review selected SoW sections, covering deliverables, acceptance criteria, risks, and dependencies.
  • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank/Cash) and Controlling (CCA/IO, CO-PA), including taxes and localizations.
  • Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW, review build deliverables, and support testing phases (unit, SIT, UAT).
  • Lead Finance data migration activities - define mapping/cleansing rules and execute trial loads.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Finance on cross-functional programs.
  • Advise clients on internal controls, audit readiness, month-end close, and other key financial processes from an SAP functional perspective.
  • Support complex programs by performing process diagnostics, validating requirements, and shaping target-state designs.
