Who we are looking for
🎯We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant to join our international SAP team in Deloitte supporting top-tier clients in Poland and across Europe. You will play a critical role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to enhance business processes and ensure seamless financial operations.


💼What are we looking for:
  • You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO consulting, preferably with exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Deep understanding of Polish accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proven project experience in managing full-cycle SAP FI/CO implementations or upgrades in diverse industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into SAP configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English as the team is international; Polish native language is a must
  • Ability to work independently and within teams across multiple projects and clients.
  • Knowledge of integration points within SAP ERP and with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) is a plus.
Your future role
  • Lead and execute SAP FI and CO module implementations and rollouts in line with business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and design efficient SAP FI/CO solutions.
  • Configure SAP FI/CO components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, and Profit Center Accounting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP FI/CO environments.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
