Who we are looking for
🟢Deloitte Central Europe is seeking an experienced SAP FI Senior Manager to lead our SAP Finance capability

This role combines people leadership, delivery oversight, and strategic contribution within an international environment, contributing to the direction of our SAP Finance practice across Central Europe.


Your Profile
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP FI, including S/4HANA Finance implementations
  • Proven experience in team leadership within consulting or professional services
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and SAP best practices
  • Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on guidance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and Czech native is required
  • Relevant SAP certifications are an advantage


Your future role
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of SAP FI consultants, with a focus on performance, mentoring, and capability growth
  • Oversee delivery of SAP FI and S/4HANA Finance projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and client satisfaction
  • Act as a senior point of contact for complex engagements and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align priorities and delivery standards
  • Contribute to the development of the SAP Finance practice, including methodologies, standards, and team development
  • Support business development activities and client relationship management where relevant
