Who we are looking for
🎯 We are looking for experienced SAP FICO Consultants with banking domain knowledge to join a strategic finance transformation project in Deloitte Central Europe.
The focus is on FPSL implementation and migration to SAP S/4HANA. While specific FPSL expertise is not required initially, relevant training will be provided, so strong foundations in SAP FICO with accounting and banking process knowledge are essential.


💼Your profile
  • 2–4 years of experience in SAP FI/CO consulting, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) and controlling processes in banking environments.
  • Hands-on experience in transforming finance processes and implementing solutions on SAP S/4HANA.
  • Solid methodological knowledge of SAP best practices, capable of supporting and advising workstream leads.
  • Proven ability to deliver assigned work packages on time with high-quality documentation.
  • Self-driven and accountable, with the ability to work independently and maintain high delivery standards.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working in agile project setups.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Czech (native level).
  • Location: Based in Prague (on-site or hybrid collaboration as required).
  • ABAP experience is an advantage for supporting technical requirements of finance modules.
  • FPSL-specific knowledge is a plus — training will be provided as part of the onboarding
Your future role
  • Support the implementation and transformation of banking financial processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Collaborate closely with workstream leads, product owners, and subject matter experts to advise on best practices for SAP S/4HANA system setup.
  • Manage and deliver assigned work packages on schedule along with necessary documentation throughout project phases.
  • Develop sustainable IT concepts through quick comprehension, abstraction skills, and solution-oriented decision-making.
  • Work independently while taking responsibility for achieving high-quality results.
  • Apply agile methodologies and operate effectively within agile collaboration models.
  • Work closely with colleagues specializing in Accounting, IFRS, BW, and ABAP to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.
  • Continuously expand your SAP finance knowledge - particularly in FPSL and S/4HANA innovations -  through hands-on project work and provided training.
