Description & Requirements
- SuccessFactors Recruitment Certified/ SuccessFactors Onboarding Certified status;
- Min. 4 years of Admin experience with an HRIS system ;
- Previous work experience in HR systems is an advantage, especially knowledge of SaaS/Cloud systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday);
- Educated to Graduate / Postgraduate level;
- Motivation, Interest, Positivism, strong desire to achieve your goals;
- Strong analytical mind, creative spirit;
- Good organizing and client facing skills;
- Fluent English language skills (French is nice to have)
- Able to take on a lead module role on a implementation or support project
- Working within an existing team and under a Lead’s guidance to implement and/or maintain the Compensation and/or Variable Pay module.
- Work in a global team and be motivated to research and provide solutions within the team;
- Participate together with more senior colleagues in client steering on module-related enhancements and rollout strategy.
- Act with full autonomy and independence on assigned tasks and areas of delivery, with minimal guidance from the existing module Lead.
- Able to host and steer meetings with the client on topics within area of ownership.
