Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting;
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, directly working with Lithuanian tax declarations, preparation of financial statements, payroll calculation, and reporting;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian (written and spoken) — other languages would be an advantage;
  • Independence and the ability to work in a less structured environment;
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other IT systems. Practical experience with accounting systems such as Business Central or SAP would be an advantage;
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail;
  • Fast learning and high motivation.
Your future role
  • Provide accounting, tax, and payroll services to both Lithuanian and international companies;
  • Prepare financial and tax reports in accordance with Lithuanian legislation;
  • Use your skills and smart tools to deliver daily support to clients in finance and accounting.
