Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior CAP Developer (Full Stack) to join a dynamic Agile Scrum Team working on scalable enterprise applications using SAP technologies and cloud-native development practices.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining backend expertise with frontend integration, while working with modern tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms. You will be part of an Agile Release Train (ART), collaborating closely with Product Owners, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What we’re looking for

3–6 years of experience in full stack software development
Strong hands-on experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)
Experience with SAP BTP and Cloud Foundry environments
Solid understanding of CDS modeling and SAP HANA database concepts
Experience developing APIs (REST and OData)
Familiarity with SAP UI5/Fiori integration
Experience with GitHub and CI/CD workflows
Good understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional international teams

Nice to have

Experience working in Agile Release Train (ART) environments
Experience with automated testing and DevOps practices
Exposure to enterprise-scale SAP ecosystems

Your future role

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using SAP CAP (Node.js/Java) and CDS modeling
Build scalable cloud-native applications on SAP BTP and Cloud Foundry
Implement and manage data persistence using SAP HANA (HDB)
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and OData services
Support frontend integration with SAP UI5/Fiori where needed
Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best development practices
Collaborate with QA engineers to improve testability and automation
Work with DevOps teams to integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
Translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions
Contribute to architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
