Who we are looking for people who:
  • Are curious, ambitious professionals who enjoy solving complex business problems, think beyond individual processes and naturally connect business, finance and operations to turn ideas into practical solutions;
  • Have experience in either audit, accounting advisory, finance advisory, transaction services, internal controls, finance transformation, shared services or controlling;
  • Understand end-to-end finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) and how they support finance operating models, reporting, business performance and decision-making;
  • Have a strong foundation in accounting (IFRS and/or Polish GAAP) and understand how finance works in practice;
  • Demonstrate analytical skills, structured thinking, problem-solving mindset and a high level of ownership while working in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Are motivated to learn new topics quickly and work across a variety of projects;
  • Communicate complex topics clearly both verbally and visually, enjoy working directly with clients, facilitating workshops and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders;
  • Are genuinely interested in how technology, data, automation and AI are reshaping finance and continuously seek opportunities to learn and apply new solutions.
  • Are fluent in Polish and English.
  • Are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Are willing to travel in Poland; some international travel might be required.

Your future role
As a Senior Consultant, you will become part of a multidisciplinary advisory team helping C-level executives and finance leadership teams transform organisations to better support business strategy, growth and decision-making.
  • Translate business strategy into the CFO agenda by designing future-ready Finance Operating Models, governance frameworks and reporting capabilities;
  • Improve end-to-end finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) and identify opportunities for operational excellence;
  • Design reporting frameworks, finance data models and management information that enable data-driven business decision-making;
  • Support projects related to finance transformation, shared services (GBS/SSC), transactional accounting, post-merger integration (PMI) and carve-out programmes;
  • Facilitate workshops with CFOs and finance leadership teams to co-design future operating models, solutions and transformation roadmaps;
  • Prepare high-quality analyses, presentations and client deliverables;
  • Take ownership of selected workstreams and contribute to project delivery, business development and internal innovation initiatives;
  • Gain exposure to a broad range of industries and executive stakeholders while building your consulting toolkit.

Stage 2: Phone interview with HR (30 mins)
Stage 3: Business interview with the Hiring Manager (45 mins)
Stage 4: Partner interview (30 mins)
