Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

5+ years of experience in Global Business Services/Shared Services Centre/Business Process Outsourcing environment.
Good understanding of end-to-end process across at least one function such as Finance (Controlling, P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) and/or Procurement.
Experience in driving process optimization and standardization initiatives.
Practical experience in transition management and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Practical project management experience (IT project management is a plus).
Strong solution-oriented approach, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent MS Office and presentations skills.
Fluency in Polish and English.
Mobility for travel (mainly in Poland plus some international travel).

Your future role

As a Senior Consultant in our team, you will design and implement best practice business solutions, processes, and organization transformation in the following areas:

· Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory: SSC Design and Implementation, Outsourcing strategy and Process Transition, PMO support.

· Business and Process Transformation: Target Operating Model, Centre of Excellence Design, Process Design and Transformation, Post Merger Integration.

· Business Planning, Controlling, and Analytics: Cost and Profitability Management, Financial modelling, Business Performance planning and controlling, Business Analytics, IT Finance Management.
