Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for


  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Must-have: Experience in HR Organization and Service Delivery Model design, end-to-end HR Process Design, change management initiatives 
  • Thorough understanding of M&A processes and practice experience in at least 2 from the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Due Diligence and M&A, HR Organization Maturity Assessment, Employee Experience, HR Shared Services Centre transformation, HR Technology assessment and implementation, HR Project Management, Compensation Strategies and Plans
  • Consulting experience and/or experience in global HR, Human Capital projects
  • Valued experience in managing organizational change, particularly in the realms of technology adoption, organizational transformations, or cultural shifts
  • Maturity to work with senior executives, clients and stakeholders
  • Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in English and Polish at a C1 level 
  • EU passport

Your future role

      • Support our clients in defining their HR strategy and relevant values
      • Analyse and revise current HR processes to more efficient ways of working
      • Support global and local HR due diligence and M&A projects
      • Assess maturity of the client’s HR function
      • Contribute to the design of a delivery model for client's HR services
      • Advise on the design and implementation of global HR transformation programs
      • Guide clients through change management initiatives to ensure successful technology adoption and organizational or cultural transformations
