Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis, specifically within insurance or financial services.
  • Proven track record in implementing IT solutions, project management and leading teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
  • Technology skills: SQL, UML, DWH
  • Knowledge of insurance industry processes, products, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Cloud solution experience is a plus.
  • Native Czech speaker with fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • Based in the Czech Republic.

  • Lead IT projects focused on business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design in the insurance industry.
  • Shape impactful solutions in response to new regulations affecting processes and IT systems.
  • Take ownership of projects, managing them from concept to implementation, and working with top-tier clients in the Czech Republic and beyond.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of Deloitte experts (IT specialists, data analysts, actuaries, legal advisors, etc.) and access our global network of resources.
