Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a qualified legal professional to support our corporate operations through expert legal guidance, strong commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to compliance and risk management. ⚖️✍️
  • Law degree from an accredited institution, with 3–5 years of experience in legal consultancy, corporate law, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws, including compliance frameworks, governance standards, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Proven ability to draft and negotiate contracts, combined with strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools, software, and document management systems.
Your future role
In this role, you will act as a key legal advisor, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting the firm’s operations through strategic legal guidance.  
  • Supports and maintains corporate governance and legal structure of Deloitte Albania entities.
  • Monitors and advises on new legislation, ensuring compliance and proper implementation.
  • Drafts, reviews, and updates internal policies, contract templates, and corporate documentation in line with local and global requirements.
  • Provides legal and business risk advice across service lines, including contract interpretation and client-related matters.
  • Reviews, negotiates, and manages a wide range of agreements (e.g., client contracts, NDAs, subcontractor and third-party agreements).
  • Liaises with regulators, prepares official documentation, and collaborates with external counsel and regional legal teams.
  • Supports litigation matters, regional projects, and delivers internal trainings (e.g., AML, data security, audit law).
