What we expect from you:

      Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, sustainability, environmental science, law, business administration, or a related field.

      Experience: Proven experience (ideally several years) in ESG reporting, sustainability consulting, or corporate social responsibility roles.

      Expertise: Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and standards (e.g. GRI, ESRS, SASB, TCFD, UN SDGs) and familiarity with relevant regulations such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

      Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to derive insights for informing sustainability strategy and reporting.

      Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities, coupled with effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

      Credentials: Professional certifications (e.g. GRI or SASB certification, ESG-related qualifications) and active membership in sustainability or industry associations are a plus.


Your future role
ESG Advisory & Training: Act as a subject matter expert on ESG matters, providing guidance, training, and advisory support to internal teams and external partners on sustainability best practices.

● Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of ESG strategies, reporting frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

● Regulatory Implementation: Drive the adoption of new reporting requirements, including implementing CSRD and ESRS standards, and monitor emerging regulations and trends to ensure clients remain compliant and forward-looking.

● Reporting & Disclosures: Prepare comprehensive ESG reports, disclosures, and presentations for a variety of stakeholders – including internal leadership, investors, donors, and regulatory bodies – clearly communicating performance and progress.

● Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sustainability, legal, consulting, etc.) to integrate ESG considerations into business strategies and decision-making processes, ensuring sustainability is embedded in core operations.
