What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a technical support, application support, or service delivery role
  • Hands-on experience with at least two programming languages such as: JavaScript, C# &Java or other relevant technologies
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
  • Good knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences, combined with fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • A customer-focused and proactive mindset, committed to delivering high-quality service, solving problems efficiently, and continuously improving processes and user experience.
Your future role
✅ Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
✅ Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable technical solutions
✅ Support IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Integration projects
✅ Collaborate with consultants, business analysts, project managers, and architects
✅ Troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality technical support
✅ Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and enhance user experience
✅ Continuously develop your skills through training, certifications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
