What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a technical support, application support, or service delivery role
Hands-on experience with at least two programming languages such as: JavaScript, C# &Java or other relevant technologies
Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Good knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences, combined with fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
A customer-focused and proactive mindset, committed to delivering high-quality service, solving problems efficiently, and continuously improving processes and user experience.

Your future role

✅ Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform

✅ Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable technical solutions

✅ Support IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Integration projects

✅ Collaborate with consultants, business analysts, project managers, and architects

✅ Troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality technical support

✅ Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and enhance user experience

✅ Continuously develop your skills through training, certifications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
