Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • SuccessFactors Certified status; 
  • Min. 3 years of Admin experience with an HRIS system ; 
  • Previous work experience in HR systems is an advantage, especially knowledge of SaaS/Cloud systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday); 
  • Educated to Graduate / Postgraduate level; 
  • Motivation, Interest, Positivism, strong desire to achieve your goals; 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 
  • Strong analytical mind, creative spirit; 
  • Good organizing and client facing skills; 
  • Fluent English language skills.  
Your future role
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert or Workstream Lead for an existing team implementing and deploying EC Payroll processes and configuration. 
  • Guiding PM and counterparts in decision making and strategy to successfully meet project goals and timelines. 
  • Advising on data migration activities to adhere to overall project strategy from a functional perspective. 
  • Work in a global team and be motivated to research and provide solutions within the team; 
  • Both client and internal team steering on all module-related topics (including design and configuration workshops, project phase kickoffs, testing activities etc.).
