Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Completed studies in IT, Business Informatics, or something similar or a completed apprenticeship with relevant practical experiences.
  • Relevant practical experience in Windows Administration.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally in German.
  • High degree of self-initiative, willingness to learn and team spirit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Your future role
  • Adaption /creation of automated runbook processes, according to the requests of business colleagues.
  • Troubleshooting of runbooks, usually requested by the business or Identity Management Team.
  • Collaboration with various employees regarding SCOM, SCVMM/VMWare, SQL, ServiceNOW, Sharepoint, Security, Azure, Thycotic and Backup.
  • Assign server infrastructure and perform general maintenance tasks: updates, security patches, PowerShell modules, SQL Server-specific maintenance, upgrades.
  • Monitoring of the entire environment including the password renewal of SCORCH service accounts in Thycotic and updating them in SCORCH.
  • Runbooks for CoLo environment must be discussed with all stakeholders and adjusted, decommissioned, or newly created.
