Who we are looking for
🟢 Our regional Consulting Recruitment team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist eager to cooperate within the CE region in fast-driven consulting environment. 
✔️You will be responsible for sourcing across various technologies, screening, and recruiting the best talent to support our company's growth and success. 
✔️You will work closely with hiring managers from different countries to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. 🟢 


What do we expect from you? 🎯
  • 2+ years' experience in recruitment is a necessary requirement - ideally gained in a large firm or recruitment agency
  • Interest in IT recruitment and new technologies
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and team members. 
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and achieving recruitment goals. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus. 
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • position is based in Budapest

Your future role
  • You will become part of an international IT recruitment team
  • Diverse positions and technologies. You will gradually take responsibility for your own teams (Cyber, E-commerce, SW Development) and the entire recruitment process from A to Z
  • End-to-end recruitment awaits you: defining positions, market mapping, sourcing candidates, prescreening, communication on social networks, creating job advertisements, interviewing candidates, coordinating the entire process up to the final start date
  • You will become a partner to hiring managers - the right information and a good relationship are the basis for success - we believe in a data-driven approach 
  • Collaboration with experienced colleagues across Europe - sharing best practices 
  • You can look forward to participating in a number of job fairs, conferences, and tech events and collaborating with our Employer Branding team
