Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
If you meet the following criteria, we want you:
  • University degree in Accounting, Law or Economics overall;
  • Very good knowledge of overall tax matters;
  • Very good level of written and spoken English and Croatian; German is an asset;
  • 1+ years of relevant working experience in tax area and accounting area
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Previous Big4 or similar experience is an advantage

Your future role
  • Preparation of personal income tax, social security and international tax law advices;
  • Supporting teams in creating tax effective compensation structures for employees and management;
  • Working on projects in area of secondment structures in light of Croatian and international regulations;
  • Assistance in monthly and annual tax and social security compliance (preparation of returns, forms, computations);
  • Working on tax reviews and due diligence investigations;
  • Some of the work you may participate in is expatriate tax, foreign national tax returns, mobility program support, global compensation review, global pensions, and payroll;
  • You will report to the engagement Manager(s) or Senior Manager(s) and assist in the overall engagement coordination
