✔ Do you have 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering and at least 2 years in a Tech Lead or Principal Engineer role?

🎯 What we expect from you:

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role (Tech Lead / Staff / Principal Engineer).

  • Strong background in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and large-scale web platforms.

  • Proven experience with Node.js / TypeScript and modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).

  • Deep understanding of system performance, scalability, and reliability principles.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English C1+, Polish preferred).

  • Proven ability to mentor, guide, and grow engineering talent in distributed teams.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% (Europe / USA).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in sports, media, or live event technology ecosystems.

  • Exposure to real-time data processing or internet-scale systems.

  • Consulting background or client-facing delivery experience.

  • Lead a cross-functional engineering team delivering flagship digital platforms.

  • Shape technical strategy, architecture, and execution across multiple product streams.

  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate business goals into robust technical outcomes.

  • Drive engineering excellence, code quality, and reliability through modern DevOps, observability, and automation practices.

  • Oversee release planning, risk management, and dependency alignment across distributed teams.

  • Build and operate systems handling high-volume, real-time global data.

  • Mentor and inspire engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
