Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, business or financial discipline or relevant field of study
  • Workday Certification is required;
  • Experience with Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, etc) is a must
  • 2+ years’ experience in HR Transformation (Workday, Success Factors, Oracle HCM, People Soft)
  • 2+ years in consulting are required, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering skills are a must;
  • A strong presenter with excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated project management experience;
  • Adaptable, agile, pro active and quick to adjust to customer needs;
  • Strong English skills
Your future role
  • Participate in the development of the Workday Cloud HR Transformation;
  • Provide Workday technical consulting services by acting as subject matter expert on Workday Functional topics;
  • Handle work threads within a project independently
  • Guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to Go Live and advise clients on customizations to meet their business requirements
  • Demonstrates in depth knowledge of client business issue data conversion issues , brings original perspective on challenges/issues /opportunities to propose recommendations
  • Lead the data discovery and client workshops ;
  • Lead the implementation of a Workday HR Transformation for a specific thread;
  • Collaborate with others SMEs for cross functional topics;
  • Review team members’ work for quality and undertake coaching and mentoring responsibilities
  • Involvement in Project Management and planning activities
  • Foster a good collaboration with the client
  • Excellent presentations skills
  • Delivers trainings and receives consistent positive feedback for the training delivered
