🔹 Lead Workday implementations as a Functional Solution Architect / Functional Lead
🔹 Plan, oversee delivery, and deploy functional streams across projects
🔹 Support the growth of Deloitte Workday practice in Central Europe
🔹 Mentor junior team members by acting as a cross-functional expert
🔹 Collaborate in pre-sales and proposal processes from functional solutioning perspectives
