Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst who can bridge business needs and technology for solutions built around Intelligent Agents and Generative AI (GenAI).

You are someone who:
  • has 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex environments
  • understands enterprise processes (ideally SAP / ERP or similar)
  • is comfortable working with technical teams and backend concepts (Node.js is a strong plus)
  • is curious about LLMs and GenAI ecosystems (tool calling, RAG, memory, frameworks like LangChain/LlamaIndex)
Your future role
As a  Business Analyst, you will:

  • Elicit and structure requirements from stakeholders, translate them into clear workflows and user stories
  • Map and optimize processes where GenAI/agents can improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Support delivery of AI-powered solutions, including integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP)
  • Work with engineers on AI workflow design: tool calling, memory, retrieval (RAG), API integrations
  • Help shape features using frameworks such as LangChain / LlamaIndex (or similar)
  • Maintain clear documentation (process maps, requirements, UAT scenarios, decision logs)
  • Support UAT: define test cases, validate outputs, gather feedback, iterate
  • Monitor implemented solutions and contribute to continuous improvement
