🎯 Our Cloud Engineering teams design and deliver interesting cloud projects for clients in Poland and abroad in areas of cloud development, DevOps, integration, migration, data management, infrastructure and others. We help our clients to strategize, design and implement and migrate solutions with use of modern cloud technologies.


🎯 We are looking for ambitious individuals for the role of AWS Product Owner to join the Cloud & Engineering team at Deloitte, working on innovative projects in the area of public clouds, focusing on deployments, migrations, and the creation of new solutions based on cloud computing.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
  • Expertise in backlog management: creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories, epics, and features with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Strong ability to define and articulate product vision and strategy.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage complex initiatives.
  • Ability to break down large objectives into manageable increments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills: identifying, engaging, influencing, and managing expectations across various levels (technical teams, business users, leadership).
  • Exceptional communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Solid understanding of AWS cloud services, common architecture patterns, and best practices relevant to platform development.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with Platform Architects, understanding technical constraints, dependencies, and enablers.
  • Capacity to translate business needs into technical product requirements and vice-versa.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make data-informed prioritization decisions based on value, effort, and strategic alignment.
  • Decisive, with the ability to make tough calls on scope and priority.


🎯 Nice to have 🎯
  • Experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions and infrastructure
  • Familiarity with automation and infrastructure management tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.)
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, ex.: Bash, Python, Go
  • Knowledge of database systems and administration topics (installation, backup, HA, replication)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD solutions
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools for cloud services and deployments (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Knowledge of logging management systems; CloudWatch, ElasticSearch
  • Willingness to continuously develop skills
  • Proficiency in English language

Your future role
🟢 Your Role and Responsibilities 🟢

The AWS Product Owner is the central figure responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the AWS platform development team by defining and prioritizing work.
  • Backlog Ownership & Prioritization: Manages, refines, and prioritizes the AWS platform product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and demand from various stakeholders.
  • PI Planning Leadership: Leads the preparation for and facilitates Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions, ensuring features and stories are well-defined and ready for development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Acts as the primary liaison for stakeholders, proactively managing their expectations, gathering requirements, and communicating progress, priorities, and decisions.
  • Architect Collaboration: Works in close partnership with the Platform Architect to ensure backlog items are technically sound, feasible, and align with the overall platform architecture and vision.
