Who we are looking for

Required professional background and skills:

• University degree in Actuarial Science, Quantitative Finance / Mathematics, Economics or related.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills,

• Creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex problems,

• Team player with a flexible working style,

• Very good skills in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

We consider an advantage:

• Candidates would ideally have experience in either life or non-life insurance and have exposure to actuarial and statistical modelling techniques.

• Programming skills (VBA, C++, R, Python, SQL).

• Experience in actuarial software such as Willis Towers Watson Software Suite, Earnix, Prophet and Addactis.

• An actuarial qualification with a recognised professional actuarial body

Your future role

Our growing actuarial team is looking for new colleagues to join who will:

• Work with and support Deloitte colleagues from the Central Europe region as well as international offices.

• Actively contribute to the development of the actuarial practice.

• Prepare actuarial calculations, reviews and data analysis.

• Take part in the preparation of marketing materials and proposals

• Write actuarial reports and prepare presentations
