Who we are looking for

  • Work experience in administrative work or office management is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree - preferably Faculty of Economics or Business Administration
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks
  • Independence and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Timely performance of work tasks
  • Business confidentiality and accountability
  • Advanced knowledge of working in excel
  • Advanced level of English language
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills, in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and in English
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment



Your future role

  • Organizes all administrative activities that enable the daily work of business and employees
  • Prepares and submits the necessary documentation and reports for the business and employees
  • Organizes office activities and procedures (maintains internal and external communications, takes care of supplies, inventory and orders office supplies, keeps records in cooperation with other departments of the Company); 
  • Administers internal information systems
  • Administers documentation for the business 
  • Provides support in financial matters (conducts administrative procedures, cooperates with accounting, distributes travel orders); 
  • Provides logistical support for internal and external meetings and events
  •  Coordinates and supports the work of other Deloitte business in cooperation with all members of the administration (including reception work, compiling invoices for the company, etc.)
  • Assists in the procedures for obtaining authorization, assists managers in the regular maintenance of monthly financial obligations and other obligations
  • Performs other administrative tasks at the behest of the business leader
  • Prepares and delivers the necessary documentation to co-workers.
  • Prepares ad hoc reports and data analysis at the request of partners
  • Collects and prepares special reports on engagements at the request of regulators
