🎯 Must‑haves

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, automation, or consulting
  • Consultant: ~1–3 years experience
  • Senior Consultant: ~3–5+ years experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and client‑facing abilities
  • Experience with process mapping / workflow design tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Lucid)
  • Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, system behavior, or workflow orchestration

⭐ Nice‑to‑haves (especially for Senior Consultants

  • Prior consulting experience (MBB, Big4, boutique firms — strong asset)
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, procurement systems)
  • Exposure to generative AI, Agentic AI, automation platforms, or orchestration technologies
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholders and navigate ambiguous situations
Your future role

AI‑Driven Business Analysis & Design

  • Conduct and lead workshops/interviews to gather and prioritize business requirements
  • Map current-state (as-is) processes and design future-state (to-be) AI‑enhanced workflows
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and AI workflow designs
  • Partner with architects and technical teams to align AI capabilities with business objectives

🛠️ Agentic AI Configuration

(Full training provided by Deloitte and our US-based AI technology partner)

You will:

  • Configure Agentic AI workflows using low/no‑code tools
  • Fine-tune AI agent behavior to reflect business rules and logic
  • Support solution testing, validation, and iteration
  • Collaborate closely with developers and architects on solution feasibility

💬 Stakeholder & Information Management

  • Prepare documentation, diagrams, and client-facing materials
  • Facilitate clear communication between business and technical stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth information flow, alignment, and expectation management

? Implementation Support & Quality Assurance

  • Support validation, testing, and readiness activities for AI implementations
  • Contribute to change management and AI adoption efforts
  • Ensure deliverables meet Deloitte’s quality standards

? Leadership & Ownership (Senior Consultants)

  • Lead key client workshops and requirement sessions
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities proactively
  • Mentor junior colleagues and support professional development
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and AI thought leadership
