Who we are looking for

We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague with a strong appetite to learn and work on new ideas to connect technology with business. You will help companies in various industries transform their internal processes and translate them into cloud-based enterprise planning platform - Anaplan.

What do we expect from you? 

 

  • Have +2 years implementation / support experience with Anaplan or similar EPM tools (SAP BPC / SAP IBP/ SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle Hyperion / EPM Cloud, IBM Cognos TM1, Tagetik, OneStream, Board, Pigment etc.)
  • Background or general knowledge of business finance and finance processes (e.g. FP&A, controlling, management accounting, etc.)
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree ideally in Economic studies or Computer Science/Information Technology
  • Customer focus, ability to design & build solutions that fulfill customers’ needs
  • Proactive approach when completing tasks, sharing ideas, bringing your thoughts to the table
  • Skilled in presenting clear, concise recommendations, supported by impactful visuals
  • Open, analytical and structured mindset
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with programming language (e.g. R, Python..) is an advantage, not mandatory

Your future role

What activities can you expect? 

 

  • Analysing the current setup and design future shape of business solutions for Czech and international companies across industries
  • Translate solutions and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models by partnering with client’s stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR etc.)
  • Developing a robust yet flexible models to support client planning and decision-making process
  • Participating and actively contributing to client workshops, testing and end-user trainings
  • Provide meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the business owner and project team
  • Working with the team on internal strategy initiatives, proposals of our services and new project opportunities

  • Financial planning and forecasting solution on the cloud platform employed across 18 countries in CE region
  • Sales, Production and Supply planning designed to optimize capacities and reach maximum business potential
  • Strategic planning solution tailored for long-term revenue planning across global operations
  • Detailed zero-based budgeting solution, allowing monitoring of all IT costs at the most detailed level with a rich reporting layer
  • Strategic workforce planning to support HR and Operations departments in ensuring readiness for achieving the company's growth strategy
