Who we are looking for
  • +6 years of experience working in an international law firm or in-house in international companies, providing legal advice to international clients. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in managing people on the legal projects.
  • Significant experience in the areas of due diligence exercises, contract review, contract management, negotiations and document review. 
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law and transactions support/preparation work. 
  • Knowledge of other legal expertise areas, such as real estate, financial, IT/IP, and data protection, will be treated as an added advantage. 
  • The ability to create non-legal documents, such as client proposals, team presentations, and project work methodologies.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; French, German, Spanish, Italian are a plus. 
  • Efficiency-driven, with a focus on improving the legal process and ensuring the agreed scope of work is properly and timely delivered. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of organizational structure in multi-national and multi-cultural corporations. 
  • Result driven and oriented person with meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to work efficiently and to a high quality within high performance standards. 
  • Openness to working with AI tools and testing AI solutions in the legal workflow. 
  • Willing to embrace new challenges and being a team player.
Your future role
  • Providing high quality, pragmatic, clear and commercially focused legal advice on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters and solutions to various legal queries and identification and implementation of appropriate legal solutions in the above types of projects context. 
  • Drafting, review, negotiations in a wide range of contracts and documents review, contracts negotiations and management, other projects and due diligence exercises, in an international context.
  • Using technology solutions to drive efficiencies into the drafting and review process.
  • Ensuring the effective and efficient performance of work in compliance with service levels and key performance indicators. 
  • Assisting Legal Manager in managing the team and assisting other team members with appropriate support (including review, quality assurance or control, maintenance and facilitation).
  • Assisting with building and development of checklists, playbooks, templates, issues & recommendations templates, know-how, guidelines and training materials and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • Delivering and enhancing an efficient, high-quality legal managed service. 
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution. 
  • Cooperating with teams from various service lines (e.g., tax, accounting, advisory, IT) within the Deloitte network. 
  • Building an appropriate team structure and collaboration principles – both in terms of internal cooperation (including with other departments) as well as establishing an effective teamwork model for projects. 
  • Keeping internal and client relationships - liaising with the clients to agree on the key areas and ways of working, providing constant updates of the work provided, keep track of invoicing the work delivered.
