Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a thorough, analytical, curious, and business-minded lawyer who is passionate about understanding how markets work and how law shapes competition between companies, to join our Competition and FDI team.

Profile & Qualifications

Law degree and Bar membership;
2–4 years of professional experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department, with exposure to competition law and commercial law matters;
Good understanding of key competition law concepts and a strong interest in continuous professional development;
Genuine curiosity and openness to learning, with a desire to understand our clients’ businesses and to connect legal advice with their strategic and commercial objectives;
Proactive, adaptable, and reliable, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently;
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate within multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.

Education and experience

BAR exam
2-4 Years of Experience

Language knowledge

English

Is actively involved in all stages of a project’s lifecycle – from the initial discussions with clients and proposal preparation, to analysis, structuring, drafting, negotiations, and implementation;
