Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Mathematics or related field;
  • Two or more years’ of experience in audit or accounting;
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is desirable;
  • Strong knowledge background (academic or professional) in Economics, Finance;
  • Provides team with on-the-job coaching and mentoring to execute engagement on a day-to-day basis;
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, develop and communicate solutions;
  • Good analytical skills; be able to analyze and process data; be able to address tasks and organize information logically;
  • Up to date with accounting law and regulations;
  • Relevant certification or in the progress of obtaining (e.g. ACCA, SCAAK) is a plus;
  • Capable of working in large projects and complex engagements and able to work with the sense of urgency.
Your future role
As a Consultant, you will use your analytical mindset to audit client financials, transactions, and internal control processes. You will perform assurance and testing work across a diverse portfolio of clients while collaborating with various engagement teams and managers. As you progress, you will gain exposure to different aspects of engagements through structured training, enabling you to:
  • Analyze financials, transactions, and controls while delivering assurance and testing across multiple industries;
  • Align work with stakeholder objectives, take ownership of results, and contribute to team performance through accountability and continuous improvement;
  • Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and proactively seek growth opportunities while contributing insights and innovation.
