Who we are looking for
  • University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related areas;
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and local/international regulations;
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and practical knowledge of local and international accounting/ERP software;
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and client-facing skills;
  • Proven ability to manage projects and engagements independently, including supervising junior team members and ensuring quality deliverables;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process complex data and provide insights;
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development, while also mentoring and supporting junior staff.

Your future role
As a BPS Senior Consultant within the Business Process Services group, you will be an integral member of tax engagement teams, taking on greater responsibility in delivering a variety of accounting and tax services that are relevant for public and private companies, ranging from tax compliance, accounting, tax planning, and tax research. As part of the Tax & Legal Department, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with organizations and individuals to design and implement tax-efficient structures for transactions and operations, mitigate tax risks, and ensure effective compliance with tax laws;
  • Lead and contribute to projects varying from accounting and tax compliance to providing advisory on complex tax structuring matters;
  • Apply your advanced technical experience in accounting, tax compliance, compensation, global equity, and employment tax engagements to identify, resolve, and consult on complex tax and accounting issues;
  • Review work performed by junior team members, provide guidance, and contribute to their development;
  • Ensure strict compliance with our internal policies and procedures, as well as with applicable local laws and regulations.
