Are you interested in the intersection of Finance, business and technology?

Do you want to understand how companies plan, report, and make decisions — and help them do it better? Join our Business Finance team and help clients improve the way they manage performance, planning, forecasting, and reporting. In this role, you will work on projects at the intersection of finance, data, and technology, supporting companies in building more effective and more digital finance processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in finance transformation, FP&A, management reporting, analytics, and consulting, and wants to grow quickly through hands-on project work, mentoring, and exposure to real client challenges.

The role may be a great fit for those who have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field
  • Structured and analytical mindset, able to break down problems logically
  • Good communication and presentation skills (English and Czech language) & willingness to learn in a client environment
  • Openness to think beyond tools and understand the business logic behind planning, KPIs, and reporting
  • Curiosity about technology, data, and digital tools & interest in how AI tools can improve day-to-day work in analysis, documentation, and structuring of information
  • Solid PowerPoint and Excel skills (formulas, pivots, modeling mindset), exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan or other EPM/reporting tools is a plus
  • Internship or first experience in FP&A, controlling, reporting, analytics, consulting, or finance transformation is a strong benefit
  • Team player attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach
You do not need to be an expert in all of the above. We are looking for people with curiosity and motivation to learn.
Your future role

As a Consultant in our Business Finance team, you will support project teams in solving practical challenges for clients in management performance sphere. Your work may include:

  • Supporting analyses of performance management processes, including planning, reporting, KPI design and other business steering concepts
  • Helping to translate business needs into structured analyses, models, and reporting outputs
  • Collaborating with finance stakeholders and data/tech colleagues from project team and client side to shape practical solutions that are automated, efficient and scalable
  • Participating in project delivery across different phases, from current-state assessment to design and implementation phases
  • Contributing to internal team initiatives (proposal support, knowledge sharing, social activities planning)

Example client projects:
  • Supporting with review of client's planning and reporting processes to identify issues or challenges (e.g. unclear KPIs, manual processes, slow forecasting cycles)
  • Shaping management reporting and performance reviews by defining relevant KPIs and designing reporting formats that support decision‑making
  • Supporting clients in setting up the right performance logic for finance or business leadership teams
  • Translating business requirements into clear reporting or planning needs for future tool implementation
  • Supporting designing & development of lightweight planning and reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

    Selection process

      • Can be held in two rounds
    3. Final meeting with Hiring Manager/Partner
      • This final interview will focus on aligning your goals with the company’s objectives and evaluating your potential impact on the organization
