🎯 What we expect from you:

• Background in consulting, cyber, ICT risk, project management, PMO, or similar fields.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand cybersecurity themes (strategy, governance, defense, resilience, GRC, technology).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-level materials and structure complex content.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently, anticipate needs, and manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, Management or similar.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with CISO, CIO, CTO, or cyber leadership teams.
• Experience in cyber consulting, cyber program delivery, cyber governance, assessments, or technology transformation.
• Prior experience in Big4, consulting, or large tech environments.
• Cyber-related certifications would be a plus - CISM, CompTIA Security+ or similar,

As Chief of Staff supporting the Cyber leadership, you will:

Leadership Support & Strategic Enablement

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CE Cyber Leader, supporting planning, strategic priorities, and execution.
• Prepare presentations, analyses, dashboards, one-pagers, and messaging for leadership meetings.
• Bring structure to complex or ambiguous topics, ensuring clarity and actionable outputs.

Cyber Portfolio Support (all domains)

• Align with Cyber leaders from various teams (Strategy, Defense, Resilience, GRC, Architecture, Identity, Cloud, etc.).
• Support regional initiatives, performance metrics, capability development, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure consistency in communication, documentation, and portfolio messaging across countries.

Operational & Portfolio Management

• Coordinate key leadership forums:
• Cyber Board
• Extended Board (Sales & Client)
• Cyber All-Hands / internal events
• Consolidate and visualize insights from Offering Leaders.
• Support monitoring of pipeline, business plans, forecasts, financial indicators, and performance objectives.
• Manage operational structures (Teams groups, mailing lists, communication channels).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with Talent, Controlling, Communications, and other support functions.
• Coordinate with Chief of Staffs from other CE portfolios and country-level cyber leaders.
• Support internal engagement initiatives, events, contests, and communication campaigns.
