Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager with a passion for cybersecurity, project delivery, and working with international clients 🔐

In this role, you will lead security assessment, penetration testing, and red teaming projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, clear communication, and smooth cooperation between clients and technical teams.

If you are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in the cybersecurity consulting space — this role could be a great fit for you.

  • 2+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a client-facing environment.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application architecture.
  • Strong communication skills in Romanian and English 🌍
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and people management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.
  • EU work permit
Your future role
  • Lead cybersecurity assessment, penetration testing, and red teaming projects for multinational clients.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle — from scoping and proposal preparation to delivery, reporting, and closure.
  • Coordinate project teams of cybersecurity professionals and ensure smooth cooperation ?
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery.
  • Support business stakeholders in understanding cybersecurity risks, findings, and recommendations.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to improving project management practices within the cybersecurity team.

Nice to have:
  • Background in IT operations, software development, or penetration testing.
  • Knowledge of databases, operating systems, and network security.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure ☁️
  • German language skills.
  • Experience in cybersecurity consulting, including scoping and proposal preparation.
