Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for DevOps Engineer to join our core banking implementation team!

Successful candidate will engage in full lifecycle of complex, international core banking implementation projects for systems such as Temenos Transact (T24). Candidate’s focus will be on technical aspect of configuration, customization and integration of Infrastructure for Core Banking System. Candidate’s day-to-day work will involve usage and development tools and system itself.

Proficient in SQL and database modelling with experience with at least one of the following: PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle DB, and MySQL
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud services
Skilled in application containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
Able to manage CI/CD pipelines and use version control systems like Azure DevOps, GitLab, and Jenkins
Hands on experience in utilizing Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform
Experienced with orchestration and configuration management tools such as Ansible and Helm
Strong programming/scripting skills in Bash, Python, and Java
Good understanding of security in infrastructure design and management
Adept at Linux systems deployment and management
Fluent in English
2-4 years of commercial experience as a DevOps engineer

Nice to have

Banking sector knowledge
RedHat OpenShift Platform experience
Queue Management Systems (Active MQ, IBM MQ)

Your future role

Deploying and configuring Core Banking Systems (mainly Temenos Transact) according to the agreed architecture and integration patterns
Documenting design and deployment deliverables
Analyzing infrastructure bugs and performance issues raised during testing phase
Optimizing deployment and development processes and solutions according to the best practices and the most up to date knowledge
Participating in all stages of implementation project delivery lifecycle
Provide day-by-day support on the ongoing projects, including participation in production rollouts of new systems or functionalities
