Deloitte CE

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux, Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, AWS or other major cloud platforms, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Experience working with and supporting Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket in enterprise environments
• Experience with observability and monitoring solutions such as Datadog (or similar tools)
• Proficiency in scripting languages, including Python, Bash, or Groovy
• Strong understanding of secrets management and security best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed environments and work effectively with under-documented systems
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• EU citizenship or valid work permit to work in Romania is required

• Run and evolve core platform infrastructure, including AWS, Bitbucket, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Artifactory/SonarQube, Internal Developer Platform (IDP), and observability solutions such as Datadog
• Maintain and document the AAT Java core and associated plugins, including troubleshooting and reverse-engineering of under-documented components
• Administer the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence), including configuration changes and support for Data Center to Cloud migration initiatives
• Execute application and platform decommissioning activities and participate in shared incident management and on-call rotations
• Create and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), runbooks, and technical documentation, ensuring effective knowledge sharing across teams
