Your future role

Observes and evaluates the performance of batch jobs, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Engages in issue triage, primarily collaborating with the Line of Business (LOB) teams to resolve concerns effectively.
Handles hands-on investigations into application-level production issues, ensuring prompt troubleshooting and resolution in coordination with business units and operations.
Works closely with external vendor partners to align on solutions and enhance system performance.
Oversees and manages the Level 1 support team, ensuring quality service delivery.
Acts as the primary escalation point, addressing urgent concerns raised by the L1 team.
Serves as the SME/Lead, responding to operational and technical questions from both internal and external stakeholders.
Tackles complex technical challenges, providing informed recommendations and strategic solutions that bolster productivity and the platform's overall efficiency.
Suggests and implements changes to systems, procedures, and resources intended to align with established goals and enhance platform performance and compliance.
Defines, documents, and communicates application architecture and other technical guidelines, ensuring adherence to standards and alignment with strategic goals.
