Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Node.js Engineering Manager who is ready to join an international team. This person will accompany global clients in their digital transformation.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years in software engineering,
At least 1 year in a technical leadership role,
Profound expertise in Node.js,
Strong understanding of cloud and distributed systems,
Extensive experience with databases,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Proficiency in stakeholder management,
Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AWS and Kafka,
Familiarity with real-time event-driven architecture.

Your future role

Manage a group of backend engineers
Collaborate with business and sales teams
Assume a technical leadership role in backend project streams
Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to foster their development
Perform technical code reviews and contribute to backend architecture design
Participate in troubleshooting bugs and delivering small features and proof-of-concepts.

Selection process

Online Technical Interview with Team Member (to delve deeper into your skills and experiences. You will have the opportunity to discuss the role in more detail and understand how you might fit into the team).
Online Business Interview with Hiring Manager (this final interview will focus on aligning your goals with the company’s objectives and evaluating your potential impact on the organization).
