About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to a Partner within our audit division. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, handling documents, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. If you have a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Professional Requirements:
✅ Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in management assistance or administrative support.
✅ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
✅ Languages: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
✅ Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Your future role
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Provide administrative and business support to the Partner.
📌 Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments both internal meetings and in this case external visits.
📌 Oversee office logistics, discussing with suppliers, ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms, and arranging travels.
📌 Prepare, format, and documents management (contracts, invoices, presentations, meeting minutes).
📌 Manage contracts and ensure proper document archiving.
📌 Arrange business travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
