Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar role in a digital environment
  • Strong track record of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced and complex projects independently or with minimal guidance from senior managers.
  • Critical and strategic thinking with analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems, able to justify your own point of view, but also flexibility to change own mind if compelling counterarguments arise.
  • Functional knowledge or passion in new digital technologies, especially in the field of GenAI
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken communication)
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all functional areas in the organization (strategy, technology, design)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint


Your future role

GenAI Programme Consultant/Senior Consultant position is an opportunity to work on the most innovative and challenging projects in the digital space and the role of GenAI expert with senior managers within Deloitte CE. Here’s a sample of scope of work:


  • You will be working independently, taking charge of distinct aspects of the project and coordinating initiatives – that is why your strong engagement and commitment to excellence are crucial for us.
  • You will prepare materials, that will be result of gathering and analyzing information, formulating, and testing hypotheses and finally translating analyses into strategic directions,
  • Content prepared by you will be shared with executive stakeholders both internally and externally and that is why your Excel, Power Point and analytical skills are important.
  • You will have the opportunity to present your findings to senior colleagues and further client stakeholders and support execution of your recommendations – that is why your interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • You will work with different teams across our and client organization, including strategy, technology, and design representatives. You will have a chance to gain experience and excel in each of these fields – that is why your ability to work effectively with people in all functional areas in the organization are relevant.
