Who we are looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design
  • Strong creative thinking with a portfolio showcasing diverse and innovative design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Good skills in motion design and video editing
  • Basic skills in presentation design (PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and openness to feedback.
  • Team player comfortable working in a multicultural, regional environment.
  • Previous experience with corporate branding is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media content best practices is a bonus.
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

Your future role
About the Role:
Are you a creative and detail-oriented designer who enjoys developing original visual identities? Do you like adapting designs across different formats while keeping the brand essence alive? We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our regional creative team. You’ll work on a wide variety of projects - from digital and print materials to motion design - bringing fresh ideas to life and supporting impactful employer branding and talent communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and adapt creative concepts and visual identities for marketing campaigns, employer branding, and talent initiatives.
  • Create motion design to to strengthen campaign narratives.
  • Revise and adjust designs based on feedback to meet project goals.
  • Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Design digital assets such as social media graphics and web visuals as well as print materials.
  • Design presentations and visuals based on provided materials for internal communications.
  • Collaborate with Talent, Marketing, and HR teams to translate strategic goals into effective visual solutions.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
