Who we are looking for

Are you looking to kickstart your career in the world of international finance? Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for numbers? We are looking for motivated university students to join our newly established teams in the finance department. You will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of two core financial streams: PTP (Purchasing & Payments) or OTC (Sales & Receivables).

Who we are looking for

Current Slovak University student (preferably in Economics, Finance, or Management).
English proficiency (B2 level or higher) – you will use it daily for communication and system work and another language is preferred.
Attention to detail – you understand that accuracy is critical in finance.
Basic Excel skills – familiarity with functions like VLOOKUP or Pivot Tables is a great advantage.
Reliability and proactivity – we value students who take ownership of their tasks and are eager to learn.

Your future role

If you join the PTP (Procure-to-Pay) team:

Support the Accounts Payable team with processing vendor invoices in the system (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
Perform "3-way matching" (verifying that the invoice, purchase order, and delivery note all match).
Communicate with international suppliers regarding payment status or missing information.
Assist with month-end closing activities and administrative tasks.

If you join the OTC (Order-to-Cash) team:

Become a key member of the Accounts Receivable team.
Perform cash application – matching incoming payments from customers with open invoices.
Support the billing process and monitor timely payments from clients.
Collaborate with the Sales team and customers to resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
