Who we are looking for
At Deloitte Central Europe, we are looking for students or recent graduates to join our IT team as interns. In this role, you will gain practical experience in IT service management while supporting the delivery of services used across the organization.

Your future role
You will support the team in day-to-day IT service management activities, including:

Service Management Support
  • Assist in monitoring IT services to ensure they meet agreed service levels;
  • Support incident, problem, and service request management processes
Release Management Support
  • Help plan and coordinate software releases, updates, and patches;
  • Support testing and validation activities before deployment;
  • Assist in ensuring smooth deployments with minimal disruption;
  • Maintain documentation related to releases;
  • Help communicate changes and updates to stakeholders and users;
Change Management Support
  • Assist in managing changes in a controlled and structured way;
  • Support coordination and communication between teams during change implementation;
Continuous Improvement
  • Support initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency;
  • Help analyze service performance and identify improvement opportunities;

Stakeholder Support
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders;
  • Support preparation of reports and updates on service performance;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
