Who we are looking for
Are you detail-oriented, organized and eager to work in an international environment?

We are looking for a motivated Junior Analyst to join our Immigration Support Team in Bulgaria and provide daily support to our immigration practice. In this role, you will be in direct contact with clients, assist in preparing immigration applications, and play a key part in ensuring smooth and timely processes.

You need:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent organization, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively;
  • Proficiency in English & Bulgarian (B2-C1)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Law, Business Administration or another relevant field is a plus;
  • Previous experience with legal, administrative or compliance documentation is a plus;
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently;
  • Interest in professional development in an international business environment;
  • Great attention to detail, sense of responsibility and results orientation;
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team and contribute to a positive team atmosphere;
  • Analytical mindset with focus on accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
Your future role
  • Support our Immigration Team remotely throughout the application and documentation process;
  • Communicate with clients on a daily basis, collect required documents and verify their completeness, correctness, and compliance with immigration requirements;
  • Provide administrative assistance and coordinate activities related to the immigration process;
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation and completion of immigration documents and reports;
  • Update internal systems and records in line with policies and procedures;
  • Cooperate with global teams and coordinate communication between clients and authorities;
  • Monitor case progress, track deadlines, and proactively ensure timely submission of applications and deliverables;
  • Prepare regular status updates and reports for the immigration team and management;
  • Contribute to process improvements and propose solutions to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
