Your future role

Develop and configure Transact (core banking system), focusing on customization and system integrations based on business requirements and design documentation.
Produce clear and structured design & development documentation 📄.
Analyze and resolve bugs and performance issues identified during testing phases 🐞⚙️.
Optimize solutions and development processes according to industry gold standards and the latest best practices.
Take ownership of developments across the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and team leaders ?.
Participate in all stages of implementation project delivery, from design to go-live.
Provide day-to-day support on ongoing projects, including participation in production rollouts of new systems and functionalities 🚦.
Continuously grow your expertise by specializing in our core banking products and obtaining vendor certifications 🎓.
Proactively share ideas to improve processes, tools, and delivery approaches 💡.
