Who we are looking for

🔥 Technical Lead (Fullstack) – Build Systems That Actually Matter

This isn’t a role where you just “oversee development.” You’ll be the person people turn to when things get complicated — and they will. You’ll be leading developer and working across Angular, Java, APIs, and AWS serverless, shaping solutions that connect complex enterprise systems with real-world business needs.

We’re building a platform where integration is the product, not a side effect — and we need someone who can keep both the big picture and the technical details firmly under control.


🧩 What we're looking for:

💼 Experience as a Tech Lead / Dev Lead / Lead Fullstack Engineer
☕ Strong Java backend skills
⚡ Solid Angular experience
☁️ Hands-on with AWS (Lambda, serverless)
🔗 Good understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems
🏗️ Knowledge of architecture, clean code, design patterns
🔄 Experience with CI/CD, releases, and code quality practices
🗣️ Strong communication across technical & business teams
🧠 Problem-solving mindset with delivery focus
📍Candidate who is based in Poland and speaks Polish fluently

Your future role

💡 Key responsibilities

😎 Own end-to-end technical delivery (frontend, backend, APIs, AWS)
👥 Lead and support the team daily, removing blockers and guiding decisions
🔗 Design and deliver integration-heavy solutions
😊 Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders
🛠️ Review code & enforce best practices
📅 Support planning, estimation, and delivery alignment
🚨 Manage risks and keep delivery on track
⚙️ Ensure performance, security, and scalability
🌱 Mentor developers and improve team effectiveness
💻 Stay hands-on for complex parts
🔄 Support modernization and cloud evolution
