As a Manager, you will lead high-impact engagements at the intersection of business strategy, decarbonization, ESG strategy, and sustainability reporting—helping clients in Central Europe respond to increasing regulatory pressure (CSRD/ESRS), shifting market expectations, and embedding sustainability into core business models and decision-making.
You will take ownership of integrated ESG and climate transformation engagements—combining decarbonization, ESG strategy, and reporting into a single, end-to-end offering—while driving delivery excellence, leading teams, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or strategy consulting, with proven delivery of complex engagements as a project lead or workstream owner
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ESG or decarbonization topics into business decisions (e.g., transition pathways, investment cases, operating model changes)
  • Strong exposure to regulated environments (CSRD/ESRS required; EU Taxonomy, TCFD or similar frameworks preferred)
  • Track record of managing teams and delivering multi-stream projects with measurable outcomes
Commercial & Advisory Mindset
  • Strong understanding of client business models and ability to link sustainability topics to financial and strategic impact
  • Experience contributing to business development (proposals, pitches, scoping discussions) and supporting revenue growth
  • Confidence in client-facing situations, including presenting to senior stakeholders and structuring executive-level discussions
Skills & Capabilities
  • Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move from analysis to actionable recommendations
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, including experience with financial modelling and data-driven insights
  • Very good understanding of ESG data, reporting architectures, and digital tools supporting sustainability and regulatory reporting
  • Practical understanding of AI and data technologies, with the ability to identify and apply use cases (e.g., automation, ESG data management, reporting and analytics) in client engagements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and impactful materials for senior audiences
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic, project-driven environment
Other Requirements
  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • Degree in economics, finance, engineering, or a related field
