Who we are looking for
Our ideal candidate has:
  • University degree in Economics or Law;
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in a tax consulting practice or relevant tax experience in business environment;
  • Advanced knowledge in main areas of tax consulting – deep indirect tax knowledge is an advantage;
  • Excellent command of Serbian and English - speaking and writing;
  • Strong oral and written communication / presentation skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word;
  • Efficient, well organized and able to prioritize;
  • Attention to detail and precision in work;
  • The capability to mentor and educate more junior team members;
  • Initiative in proposing solutions;
  • Leadership skills.

Your future role
Work you will do:
  • Lead tax compliance/advisory projects and tax due diligence projects;
  • Lead preparation of first draft and final deliverables, including emails, memos, and calculations;
  • Organize and conduct tax research, issue expert opinions, and provide advice to clients;
  • Communicate directly and build relations with the clients;
  • Lead project administration activities;
  • Lead and coach interns, junior and senior consultants;
  • Provide training to junior colleagues;
  • Opportunity to actively contribute to marketing and business development efforts.
