Who we are looking for

Join Deloitte Digital’s MarTech team and help global brands design and deliver intelligent customer engagement. We’re looking for developers who want to combine hands-on technical skills with creative problem solving to shape the future of digital marketing.


Requirements:

  • You have 1–3 years of experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), supporting campaign setup, analysis, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • You are interested in marketing and customer experience, and you understand how to translate business and marketing goals into actionable recommendations that improve metrics such as conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • You are comfortable working in a project environment – organizing your own tasks, cooperating with team members, and helping ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
  • You are open to contributing to client-facing activities, including preparing presentations, supporting demos, and contributing to proposals or solution concepts.
  • You are not expected to be a developer, but you have a basic understanding of HTML for email and are open to working with simple personalisation logic (e.g., AMPscript or Liquid) in collaboration with technical teams.
  • You enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology – gathering requirements, analysing needs, and explaining solutions in a clear and structured way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Creatio will be an advantage, as it helps connect marketing activities with sales and service processes.
  • You communicate confidently in English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
  • Having certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or other MarTech / AI-related credentials will be considered a plus.
Your future role
As a Marketing Automation Analyst/Consultant, you will work with international clients to design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze solutions. You will be responsible for building campaigns, customer journeys, and landing pages that deliver personalized and relevant customer experiences. A key part of your role will be to integrate these platforms with external systems and data sources using APIs and connectors, ensuring a seamless flow of information across the marketing ecosystem.

Your role will focus on bridging the gap between marketing objectives and technology by analyzing client needs, designing campaigns and journeys, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable impact. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, preparing materials, and presenting solutions directly to client teams and senior stakeholders.

Beyond implementation, you will actively contribute to pre-sales and sales activities, such as preparing demos, shaping proposals, and showcasing Deloitte’s capabilities. You will also support project management tasks, coordinating activities within agile teams and ensuring that deliverables meet expectations.

Over time, you will grow into more strategic responsibilities, such as leading workshops, guiding small teams, and advising clients on how to increase engagement and ROI with marketing automation platform.
