We’re hiring a Mobile Automation Tester to design the test architecture that keeps us shipping confidently at Olympic scale. You’ll own the test pyramid (unit → integration → API → E2E), build robust automation, wire it into CI/CD, and deliver quality signals engineers and product can trust.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years in test automation (web and/or mobile)
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Playwright (web automation)
  • API testing (REST, GraphQL)
  • Mobile automation (Appium or equivalent) or willingness to learn
• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Understanding of:
  • test pyramid and trade-offs
  • test doubles (mocks, stubs)
  • basic contract testing concepts
• Practical debugging skills (logs, browser devtools, network analysis)
• EU residency

Nice to Have:

• Contract testing (Pact), performance (k6/Gatling), security basics (OWASP), accessibility testing experience (WCAG)
• Mobile automation (Appium, SauceLab), visual regression (Chromatic/Applitools), Storybook integration, WebdriverIO
• Observability hooks (logs/metrics/traces) to speed up failure triage

Own test strategy & pyramid; keep E2E minimal, stable, and high-value. 

• Design, build, and evolve scalable automation frameworks across
  • Web/UI (Playwright),
  • Mobile (Appium or equivalent),
  • and API layers (REST/GraphQL; contract testing such as Pact is a plus), with a strong focus on reliability, reusability, and fast feedback.
• Integrate into CI/CD (parallelization, retries, artifacts, dashboards); enforce quality gates. 
• Manage data/environments: seeding, config, mocks/stubs for external deps. 
• Deliver actionable signals: coverage, pass/fail trends, flake rate, time-to-result in PRs/pipelines. 
• Coach devs to write better unit/integration tests; enable “quality as a team sport.”
